Post Submission Guidelines
1. Submit original work
Your article must be original and written for MindFuelMedia. Do not submit plagiarised, spun, scraped or lightly rewritten material. Tell us if the article, a substantially similar version, or the underlying research has appeared elsewhere.
2. Solve a clear reader problem
A strong submission should help the reader understand a decision, compare options, avoid a risk or complete a practical task. Avoid broad opinion pieces that do not provide evidence or a useful outcome.
3. Use reliable and current sources
Link factual claims to primary or authoritative sources wherever possible. Depending on the topic, suitable sources may include regulators, government agencies, official company documentation, peer-reviewed research, standards bodies, court or legislative records, and recognized industry reports. Include a source list with your draft.
4. Meet higher standards for sensitive topics
Finance, investment, health, legal, tax and cybersecurity articles require careful sourcing, balanced risk disclosure and clear limits. Do not promise investment returns, diagnose medical conditions, guarantee security, or present general information as personalized professional advice.
5. Write for a general audience
Use clear, conversational English. Explain technical or financial terms the first time they appear. Prefer short paragraphs, descriptive headings, useful examples, comparison tables and actionable steps. Most accepted articles will typically fall between 1,200 and 2,500 words, although the right length depends on the topic.
6. Be balanced and transparent
Discuss important drawbacks, costs, limitations and uncertainties—not only benefits. Clearly separate established facts from opinion, personal experience, estimates or emerging evidence.
7. Disclose commercial relationships
Disclose any employer, client, investment, affiliate relationship, free product, sponsorship or other material interest connected to the topic. Hidden promotions, paid links and articles created mainly to obtain backlinks are not accepted as independent editorial submissions.
8. Use links responsibly
Include only links that genuinely help the reader verify a claim or explore a relevant resource. Excessive self-promotion, keyword-rich anchor text, unrelated company links and affiliate URLs may be removed. Final link placement is an editorial decision.
9. Confirm image rights
Do not submit copyrighted images, charts or screenshots unless you created them or have permission to publish them. Provide the original source, required credit and licensing details for every visual asset.
10. Disclose AI assistance
Tell us whether generative AI was used for research, outlining, drafting, editing, translation, data analysis or image creation. Authors remain responsible for every claim, citation and recommendation. Unverified, mass-generated or fabricated content will not be accepted.
Mandatory Author Bio
Every submission must include an author bio. Submissions without a complete bio will not move forward to editorial review.
Please provide an 80–120 word third-person bio containing:
- Your full byline name
- Your current role, profession or organization
- Your subject expertise and relevant experience
- Relevant qualifications, certifications or professional credentials, where applicable
- A professional website or social profile, if available
- Any material commercial or financial interests related to the proposed article
A professional headshot is optional. MindFuelMedia may create or update an author profile for accepted contributors using the information supplied.

What Happens After Submission?
The editorial team may review the topic for relevance, originality, sourcing quality, reader value and compliance risk. We may request revisions, supporting evidence or clarification before making a decision.
MindFuelMedia may edit accepted work for accuracy, clarity, structure, tone, search presentation, formatting, legal or regulatory risk, and house style. A submission is not accepted until the editorial team confirms acceptance. Publication dates and placement remain at MindFuelMedia’s discretion.
